Kenneth James Wofford, 87 of Paris, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at his home.

Funeral services has been set for Saturday, July 21, 2012 at Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home at 3:00 P.M. with Rev. Mike Fortenberry officiating.  Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Gardens Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

He is survived by his children, Mickey Carol Bowles and husband Glenn, Peggy Lynn Shoemate and husband Jack, Mitchell Lee Wofford; grandchildren, Joel Wofford and wife Mary Lou, Justin Shoemate and wife Kristen, Penny Bowles Iriarte and husband Valentin, Cheryl Wofford Michael and husband Zach, Alexia Shoemate Estes and husband Jeffrey, Gwynneth Bowles; 7 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded by his parents, Henry and Eula Wofford; son, Kenneth Douglas and a brother, Maxie J. Wofford.

Serving as Pallbearers will be his grandsons and grandsons-in-law.
