Ruby Lee Baggett, 78, of Paris died Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at Medical City Hospital in Dallas. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday March 12, at Bogata Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Billy Daniels officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowbrook Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday 7-8 p.m. She was born April 29, 1931 in Vicksburg, Mississippi a daughter of Ernest and Fannie Collum Sigman. She married Billy Ray Baggett in Texarkana in 1951. She was a waitress for Kirby’s Steak House in Dallas and also worked for the city of Dallas in medical records. She was a member of Bogata Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray; a daughter Kay Perkins and grandsons Michael Darby, Allen Perkins II; sons-in-law Sylvoit Primm and Allen Ray Perkins, Sr. Survivors include daughters, Diane Hathcock and husband David, Linda Darby and husband Mike, Jeannie Primm; Grandchildren Kristi Perkins, Bryan Primm, Jamie Ward, Gary Hathcock, Angie Stringer, David Darby, Amy Smallwood, Lisa Wilson and Chad Darby; 20 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great-Great Grandchild and 2 more on the way and a sister, Bettie Ciaccio of Houston. Pallbearers will be Gary Hathcock, Heath Stringer, Todd Ward, Dillan Hathcock, Brian Primm, Ronnie Allen, Kolten Stringer and Kaleb Stringer. Honorary Pallbearers are Michael Darby, David Darby and Chad Darby.
